"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stopped by Costa Coffee and had such a smooth, enjoyable visit! The moment I walked in, the place felt warm and welcoming. The baristas were cheerful, quick, and genuinely attentive — you can tell they enjoy what they do. My drink was made perfectly: rich, hot, and exactly the way I ordered it. The pastries were fresh, and the whole shop had a clean, relaxed vibe that made it really easy to sit down and unwind for a bit. Plenty of seating, calm atmosphere… just a great spot to take a breather. If you’re after a reliably good coffee stop with friendly service, this Costa absolutely hits the mark. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"Nice Costa Coffee branch conveniently located right by the A40, drinks were made nicely and the branch has decent parking. Also a KFC across. Open till 11pm on Sundays, which is also great. The shop was clean inside and nicely lit."

"I have been going to the Costa for many years and the staff has always been friendly attentive very nice to me and I cannot complain about that at all the coffee is great usually I get double espresso water no ice don't mind if I do and maybe a little carrot cake on the weekend as well when I was to go with my children. Parking is getting to parking and getting to Costa is very very easy very straightforward it's a great place to sit down watch Life go by play some maybe contact people on your phone but it's generally great at all respect I cannot complain about anything at all it is wonderful I would recommend for everyone generally Costa is always my preferred establishment and this Costa does not is not below part in any way at all compared to the greatness of Costa overall in the UK and across the world I might say I've been to Costas as well and it is great as well and I love it thank you Costa I love you."

"I regularly visit the Costa Drive-Thru on Perivale, and I have to say, the service in the evening shift is always top-notch, thanks to two standout team members, Ahmed and Mohammed. Ahmed, in particular, is an absolute gem. He’s got a fantastic energy, always friendly, and his communication with customers is spot on. It’s clear he takes pride in making each visit feel special, and his positive attitude really stands out. It’s such a pleasure to interact with him! I’ve noticed the mornings can be a bit different, with the staff not quite as upbeat or welcoming. I’d love to see more staff like Ahmed who bring that same warmth and professionalism to the day shift. People like him are a huge asset to Costa and make the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend this place, especially in the evenings when Ahmed’s around!"

"This is my favourite branch by far and I go to a LOT of costas! Staff are always so friendly and cheerful. I get my coffee before my shift every working day religiously and I look forward to it because they genuinely put a smile on my face (even on Christmas Day :) ) The service is spot on, the drive through is a fabulous addition for working people and the staff really are genuine."
